Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the AHL Radio Android application (com.ahlradio.app) operated by Adam Bouras ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using AHL Radio, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Description of the Service
AHL Radio is a free mobile application that streams live radio stations from around the world using publicly available radio directories. The app includes optional advertising and an optional in-app purchase to remove ads permanently.
2. Use of the Service
2.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use AHL Radio. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2.2 Permitted Use
You may use AHL Radio solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app
- Use the app to scrape, harvest, or collect data from radio stations or their streams at scale
- Circumvent any technical measures or licence restrictions in the app
- Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
2.3 Availability
We do not guarantee that the app or any specific radio station will be available at all times. Radio streams are provided by third-party broadcasters and may change, go offline, or become unavailable without notice.
3. In-App Purchases
3.1 Remove Ads (Lifetime)
AHL Radio offers a one-time purchase ("Remove Ads — Lifetime") that removes advertising from the app permanently for the purchasing Google account.
3.2 Payment and Billing
All purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. Prices are displayed in your local currency before purchase. By completing a purchase you agree to Google Play's Terms of Service.
3.3 Refunds
Refund requests are subject to Google Play's refund policy. We do not issue refunds directly.
3.4 Restore Purchases
If you reinstall the app or switch devices, use the Restore Purchases function in the app's settings to recover your purchase.
4. Advertising
The free version of AHL Radio displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. By using the free version you consent to receiving advertisements. See our Privacy Policy for details on how advertising data is handled.
5. Third-Party Content
Radio station streams are provided by independent broadcasters. We are not responsible for:
- The content, accuracy, or legality of any broadcast
- Stream outages or quality issues caused by the broadcaster or network
- Any third-party websites or services linked from within the app
6. Intellectual Property
All original content within AHL Radio (app design, icons, and code) is owned by or licensed to Adam Bouras. Radio station names, logos, and stream content remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
AHL Radio is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- The app will be error-free or uninterrupted
- Any specific radio station will be available or of a particular quality
- The app will be free from viruses or other harmful components
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, AHL Radio — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adam Bouras from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the app or violation of these Terms.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated date at the top of this page will reflect changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
